• Silent Auction (6-8 p.m. in the Social Hall): Bid sheets allow you to outbid others as many times as you like. When the Silent Auction closes, the last bidder wins. Early Bird items will close at 7 p.m., so plan to arrive early!
• Sign-Ups (6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary): Always a favorite for auction-goers, sign-ups are events such as dinners, brunches, camp-outs, hikes and workshops hosted by UUCV members and friends. Many sell out quickly, so arrive on time to get a spot!
• Wishing Well (6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary): Need something done but don’t know where to turn? The Wishing Well invites members and friends to specify a service they desire (window cleaning, yard work, gift wrapping, a ride to the airport, etc.) and the fee they are willing to pay. One bidder signs up to provide the service, and the fee goes to UUCV.
• Live Auction (8-9 p.m. in the Social Hall): We are pleased to announce that professional auctioneer Tammy Erb, will be with us again this year. Tammy will join emcee Marc Renault for the exciting live auction on stage.
• Buffet Dinner & Beverage Bar: There will be plenty of wonderful main dishes, hors d’oeuvres and desserts—all donated by UUCV members and friends.
• Children’s Program & Babysitting: We will again provide both babysitting and a children’s program. Watch for more details to be announced in the newsletter, PreViews and Order of Service announcements.
