From Harrisburg or places to the east or north:
Head toward Carlisle on I-81 South or the PA Turnpike (I-76). From up the Susquehanna River, take 11/15 through Duncannon to I-81, then I-81 South toward Carlisle.
From Frederick, Gettysburg, or York:
Head toward Dillsburg on Route 15 North or Route 74 North. From Chambersburg, Hagerstown, or places to the southwest, head toward Carlisle on I-81 North. Then:
From I-81 Southbound:
Take Exit 16 (High Street). Turn right from the exit ramp onto Trindle Road. Almost immediately turn left just before the Trindle Inn onto Fairfield Street. In 0.4 miles, at the end of Fairfield, turn left onto York Road. In a short distance you will cross back under I-81. Take the next right onto Forge Road (signed for Boiling Springs). Follow directions below*.
From I-81 Northbound:
Take Exit 15 (York Road). Turn right onto York Road and immediately turn right again onto Forge Road (signed for Boiling Springs). Follow directions below*.
From the PA Turnpike (I-76):
Take Exit 16 (Carlisle). Go right after the tollbooths onto Route 11 South. In about 3 or 4 miles the road will turn to the left and become Hanover Street. At the town square (the 3rd light on Hanover), turn left onto High Street (Route 74 South). Continue about 1 mile to the fork in the road and go right onto York Road (still Route 74 South). In about a mile you will cross under I-81. Take the next right onto Forge Road (signed for Boiling Springs). Follow directions below*.
From Route 15 or 74 North:
Just north of Dillsburg, turn left from Route 15 onto 74 North, toward Carlisle. After crossing the Yellow Breeches Creek (a sharp right/left turn) go about one mile to the traffic light and turn left onto Route 174. In about a mile, you’ll come into Boiling Springs. The Post Office, then the Boiling Springs Tavern will be on the right. Immediately after the Tavern, turn right onto Front Street/Forge Road. The Meeting House bell tower will be visible straight ahead on the left side of the road in less than two blocks. Additional parking is available at the school next to the Meeting House.
*From Forge Road:
Go south from York Road 3.3 miles into the village of Boiling Springs. You will pass a Karns Market and fire station on the left. In a few more blocks you’ll pass the South Middleton School complex on the right. UUCV is on the right immediately past the school. Additional parking is available at the school.
