Monthly lovingkindness practice ( meditation) and Dhamma discussion with Bhante Soma will be held every month on the first Tuesday from 7:00 – 8:00 pm in the RE classrooms at UUCV.  All are welcome!

There are concerns benefits derived from the practice of meditation. These include peace of mind, the powerful impact of practicing compassion towards oneself and other, stress reduction and overall spiritual growth and wellbeing. Many blessings!
